Vacuum Freeze Dried (VFD)

Vacuum Freeze-Drying (VFD) is a path breaking, proven and leading food preservation technology.

VFD

VFD removes the water content from food under cold vacuum conditions, technically termed as ‘sublimation’ or ‘lyophilization’.

 

VFD freezes and dehydrates food at extremely low temperatures and arrests most of the deterioration in food, resulting in a final product of excellent quality.
